Aperitif like in Italy
With the Aperitivo Italiano we bring the Mediterranean flair to the coolnest. In fine weather on our sun terrace with a fantastic view of the mountains or in a cozy atmosphere at the bar or by the fireplace.
Because the Aperitivo Italiano doesn't just bring people together in Italy. After exciting adventures in the mountains, it serves as a convivial warm-up and stomach opener (Italian "aperire" = "to open") for a sumptuous dinner.
At the coolnest bar we serve you a fine selection of Italian aperitifs: from the classics Aperol, Negroni, Campari Soda/Orange to Limocello Spritz, San Bitter and Italicus and much more. There's also a small apericena, served classically and with lots of love on a wooden board. Look forward to a delicious selection of Italian snacks with tramenzzini, foccacia, bruscetta, crosstini and Italian olives.
Where does the Aperitivo Italiano actually come from?
"People sit on folding chairs at makeshift tables, make themselves comfortable with a glass on a kerb or move into or in front of a small bar attracted by good music."
The aperitivo can look very different in different regions of Italy. But one thing is always the same: guests and locals come together between the end of the working day and dinner and enjoy their aperitif in a convivial atmosphere.
