The Schwarzenberg Christmas market is one of the most romantic and beautiful Christmas markets in Saxony for good reason. A varied program on the market stage, selected traders in the streets and alleys, a medieval market in the castle courtyard, a Christmas mountain with life-size figures, the oldest preserved large pyramid in the world, numerous exhibitions in the town area and much more - you can experience all of this in Schwarzenberg. Annual highlights are, of course, the Schwarzenberg Fairytale Parade on the second Sunday in Advent and the Great Schwarzenberg Mountain Parade on the third Saturday in Advent.
