23 years of viticulture without plant protection, without fertilizers, without tractors and without machines turn the vineyard into a herb garden - more than 30 edible wild plants feel at home here! I will accompany you through the "wild" vineyard, pass on my knowledge as a herb expert and familiarize you with the preparation and diverse effects of edible wild herbs. You will taste the farm's own rarities from the vine under the vine arbour: grape leaf patè, "grape caviar" - grape flower buds - unique in Italy and South Tyrol and the only organic OPC from South Tyrol - accompanied by organic wines full of character and the newly created sparkling wine rosé.
