Mobilize Your Hips & Back

Mobilizing the back and hips involves activating joints through gentle, controlled movements, releasing tension, and promoting flexibility by combining various exercises. The focus is on breathing and mindful body awareness to relieve pain and strengthen the core muscles. The exercises are performed slowly.

The class also incorporates Qi Gong exercises and tapping. Both methods aim to balance body, mind, and energy, with tapping often used to boost energy in the morning or throughout the day.
