Immerse yourself in the soothing atmosphere of the forest and consciously discover nature with all your senses. This mindful forest bathing for adults focuses on slowing down, inner peace and deep breathing. Together you will enjoy a meditative walk in quiet surroundings, sharpen your awareness and leave everyday life behind you step by step. The slow movement, the conscious lingering and the power of nature help to reduce stress and give you new mental strength. In around 2.5 hours, we only cover around 3 kilometers and take plenty of time to stand, feel and perceive. Cell phones are allowed to take a break during this special nature experience and ideally remain in the hotel or stowed deep in the rucksack.
