Trekking excursion - Rifugio Omio, from Bagni di Masino

The Bagni di Masino forest is located in Bregolana, just after the village of San Martino Valmasino, at about 1170 meters.

Starting from the Bagni we will walk through the forest until we reach Pian del Fago, an excellent observatory on the nearby Val Porcellizzo dominated by Pizzi Badile and Cengalo.

From here we will then climb the wide crags that will take us to Rifugio Omio, located in the center of the Valle dell'Oro at 2100m, which in addition to being an excellent refreshment point, is also a very scenic spot!

Meeting time and place: 8:30 a.m. at the Infopoint parking lot in San Martino Valmasino

Notes: packed lunch, possibility to eat at the Refuge

Each hike will be done with a minimum of 6 people.

Registration for each hike is mandatory and must be done by 4 p.m. the day before the outing.

It is the guide's discretion to modify/cancel the hike in case of particularly bad weather conditions. It is recommended that participants bring all necessary equipment for the day (food, drinks, clothing, sunglasses, protective creams, own medications etc.)
