Description

A low-impact walking class designed to improve your endurance. Instead of using typical Nordic walking poles, we walk with granulate-filled dumbbells called XCO®s. By swinging these XCO®s, you’ll also work your arms, shoulders, and back.

Note: We’ll be outdoors, so please wear appropriate clothing and, if necessary, bring sunscreen and a hat.

We’ll meet in the class room, where you’ll receive your XCO®s.

Participants must be 14 years of age or older.

Please bring a towel and a sealed water bottle to the classes.
