Experience the special magic of a night hike: in the cool, clear mountain air, you hike from the center of Parcines/Partschins through orchards and tranquil forests to the impressive Parcines/Partschins waterfall.
The two-hour tour with an elevation gain of around 430 meters combines enjoyment of nature with soothing exercise. Accompanied by a certified climate therapist, you will learn how targeted endurance and thermoregulation training has a positive effect on your body.
The pure mountain air has a particularly beneficial effect on the respiratory tract, strengthens the immune system and gently supports the heart and circulation. The calming sound of the waterfall and the nocturnal atmosphere promote relaxation, stress reduction and mental recovery.
