Winery Stina

Wine fans should definitely plan a tour to the Stina Winery in Bol. As we entered the estate, we were warmly welcomed by Jeri, the sommelier from Stina. He started the tour by telling the story of the Stina Wine Project. This began in 2009 when wine producer Jako
Vino rented a wine cellar and bought grapes from local producers. He then told us about the different types of wine and the different types of production. Then he led us to the tasting room, which was very comfortably furnished and distinguished by the old stone walls.

For the tasting we selected four different red wines, which are typical for the winery: Stina Crljenak, Stina Plavac mali Majstor, Stina Plavac mali Remeko djelo and Stina Prošek. In addition to the excellent wines, we were served small snacks such as grissini with olive oil and sheep's cheese from the island of Pag. This tour is absolutely recommendable. From the wonderful interior to the presentation of the various wines to the small snacks, everything was absolutely top class.
