Arrival & Departure

Your room is available to you from 15:00 on arrival.

If your arrival time is after 18:30, we ask you to contact us by telephone.

On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 10:30 at the latest. (Please do not forget to hand in your room card at reception!)

Hotel billing

Our reception is staffed from 7:30 am.

You are welcome to settle your hotel bill by 9:00 pm the evening before departure. This makes the day of departure less hectic.

We ask you to sign the restaurant receipts daily after your consumption.

The hotel bill can be paid in cash, by EC card, by bank transfer before the start of your vacation or by VISA or Mastercard.

Late Check Out

We offer you the opportunity to use your room and our wellness facilities, afternoon snack and pool all day until 6:00 pm on the day of departure.

Costs: € 64.00 per room (for 2 adults), for each additional person we charge € 6.00 (children up to 6 years free)

Only on request, if the room is not occupied again!

Late check-out without room

If the room is already occupied, we offer a late check-out without room as an alternative.

This gives you the opportunity to use our wellness areas, pools and afternoon snack again.

Costs: € 12.00 per adult and € 6.00 per child (children up to 6 years free)

In both cases, please inform our team at reception!
