Selected breathing and mindfulness exercises invite you to fully ground yourself in the here and now—so you can start your day with awareness.
This holistic approach incorporates exercises for breath awareness and body awareness. Experience how calmness, serenity, and clarity arise within, through, and around the body.
The focus is on natural “mindful” breathing, so this session is suitable for anyone recovering from respiratory conditions—or who simply wants to give their breath more space and awareness.
Whenever possible, we’ll be outside in the fresh air—please dress warmly!
We have seating available—making this suitable for everyone.
* Please register in advance!
* No prior experience required.
* Please wear weather-appropriate clothing and comfortable shoes
* In wet weather, we’ll be in the gym (no outdoor shoes!)
* Free for Wirthshof guests
* For Wellpass holders, one activity per day is free (or a 2x45-minute double session)
* External guests please pay in cash or use your multi-session card: 45-minute class session 9 euros
