Into the lonely Eppzirl
Meeting point: Seefeld train station in Tyrol
We take the train to Gießenbach. From there we hike to the secluded Eppzirl. The deep silence is our constant companion, as we are far away from any hustle and bustle. Once we arrive in the large valley basin, we linger there and draw strength from the snow-covered mountains.

Ascent/descent: 300 m
Up to the Gschwandtkopf
Meeting point: Seefeld train station in Tyrol
Take public transport to Reith bei Seefeld. From there, we hike uphill on the sunny side through sparse larch forests until we reach the Sonnenalm at the summit of the Gschwandtkopf. After a leisurely stop for refreshments, we descend northwards to Seefeld.
