Exhale. Arrival

A soothing combination of Pilates training on the roll and a concluding meditation. During the first 30 minutes, the Pilates roll helps you become more aware of your muscles and the energy flowing along your spine. Through gentle, targeted exercises, fascia is released, the core is activated, and the entire musculoskeletal system is gently aligned. The subsequent meditation, lasting about 15 minutes, allows the body to settle into stillness—and helps you gently reconnect with your inner self.
