A beneficial combination of Pilates training on the roller and a concluding meditation. In the first 30 minutes, the Pilates roller helps you to become more aware of your muscles and the energy along your spine. Gentle, targeted exercises loosen the fasciae, activate the body's core and comfortably align the entire musculoskeletal system. The 15-minute meditation that follows allows the body to calm down - and gives you a gentle arrival within yourself.
