H.I.T .: is a highly intensive form of training where you have to be ready to go to your physical limits. There is no time to breathe, as intensive intervals only alternate with short breaks for relaxation.
An "all inclusive" workout with your own body weight: it trains our cardiovascular system, improves endurance, speed and strength, and stimulates fat burning and is a varied mix to achieve the best possible success.
