Release the Brake While Breathing
Many people breathe shallowly and tensely in their daily lives, which puts the body under constant mild strain. Through mindful breathing exercises, we learn to release this “brake” and breathe more calmly, deeply, and efficiently again. Relaxed breathing supports oxygen supply, reduces stress, and promotes well-being, concentration, and performance.
