Immerse yourself in an oasis of relaxation and inner peace with our gentle yoga class. This course is an invitation to calm your body and mind and experience the healing power of yoga. With a combination of yin yoga elements, meditation, relaxation exercises, joint mobilization and strengthening deep muscle layers, we create a holistic approach to promote your well-being.

This gentle yoga class with yin yoga elements is suitable for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. No previous experience is required. Each participant is guided individually and can adapt the exercises to their own needs. Please wear comfortable clothing to support your relaxation during the practice. Yoga mats and equipment are available in the studio.

Susanne is the founder of Yoga Ranch and a passionate yoga teacher. She understands yoga as a holistic approach that emphasizes the connection between body, mind and soul and enables us to develop our inner potential. Her goal is to help students find more flexibility, strength and satisfaction. Susanne teaches tools to harmonize mental, emotional and physical levels. In her teaching, she takes into account the daily moon constellations to enrich the practice. As an experienced mentor, she accompanies each individual on their personal path. Her love for yoga and her deep understanding are reflected in her empathetic teaching. Let Susanne's enthusiasm and the transformative power of yoga inspire you!
