After an active day on the slopes or in the hiking area, we recommend a visit to the infrared cabin!

Infrared radiation on bare skin is absorbed by the body as energy and the molecules are made to vibrate. This promotes blood circulation andreduces muscle tension.

The warming causes the blood vessels to dilate, tension is released and inflammatory processes are also alleviated.

After the infrared treatment, a warm shower is recommended to remove sweat from the upper layer of skin.
