From Grist via the Grinner ski hut to the Dawin Alm either with snowshoes or touring skis.
You can get to the parking lot by driving straight ahead at the turn-off to Grist - Gmar and following the road to its end.
At the eastern end of the parking lot, a forest path leads downhill a little and you reach Grist in a few minutes. The marked path to the ski hut begins here and climbs moderately steeply uphill along the edge of a large meadow. Follow this path partly through the forest or across meadows until you reach the Grinner ski hut after about 45 minutes. Continue uphill across a steep meadow. Behind a fence, which you can easily climb over, the path leads slightly uphill through the forest. From the "Vevenegg", as this area is called, you reach the Strenger ski hut on a flat path and the Dawin Alm a little below.
