Hike to the little church of St. Ägidius

We take the hotel bus to Kortsch, where we hike quite comfortably over the beautiful Zaalwaal to the little church of St. Egidius. Old mills with water wheels line the path and when we arrive at the little church we enjoy the beautiful view over Silandro. Now the path goes steeply uphill. The ascent has an alpine character in some places and surefootedness is required. The 350 meters in altitude are tough, but since the Jörgenkirchl halfway up invites you to take a break and we take it easy, the climb is manageable for all those who have some stamina. Via the Rossladumsteig, we finally reach the starting point of our hike again. If you don't want to do the demanding part of the tour, you can of course walk from the St. Egidius church back to the starting point of the hike on your own. The tour then has 150 hm and 1 km less.
