Kräuterdorf Spaziergang
Together with Alexandra, we process vegetables to make them last longer and preserve their precious ingredients. We pickle cucumbers, beet and a diverse mix of vegetables in vinegar and herbs so that we can still enjoy our delicacies in winter. We also ferment cabbage, carrots, peppers, garlic and other vegetables. You can take the home-preserved delicacies home with you and eat them at your leisure.
