Anna-Maria from the Kronlechnerhof farm is a passionate farmer. On her farm in Nova Levante/Welschnofen, she keeps animals as well as a colorful garden in summer. Under Anna-Maria's guidance, you will prepare different types of dumplings with products from the farm and experience a piece of genuine South Tyrolean cooking tradition. At the end, the homemade specialties are tasted together - and the recipes are available to take away.
