Welcome to the Alpin Spa Hotel Tuxerhof!
Here is the most important information for your first days with us!
1. mealtimes team
Breakfast:
07.00 am to 09.30 am
Lunch: 11.30 am to 12.15 pm
11.30 am to 12.15 pm
Coffee and cake:
14.00 to 16.00
Evening meal:
5.30 p.m. to 6.10 p.m.
2. team cafe
The team cafe is a meeting point for all #guest enthusiasts and serves as a place to relax during breaks and exchange ideas with each other.
3. juice bar
The juice bar in the team cafe is available to you free of charge during meal times.
4. changing room
There is a checkroom in the basement where the service and kitchen team can be found. Reception, the spa team and housekeeping have checkrooms in their departments.
A locker is available on request. A lock can be purchased from the housekeeper for a deposit of 10 euros.
5. smoking
The smoking room is available for our smokers. Please do not forget to wash your hands after smoking and use breath fresheners.
6. washing
A laundry room with washing machines and dryers is available in all team houses. Use is free of charge, but we ask you to use them carefully and economically.
7. internet
WLAN is available free of charge in all team houses. You will receive an access code for the rooms in the Private Homes. There is a code on the information wall in the Landhaus. With this code you can log in for an unlimited time.
8. parking
Parking spaces are available at the Private Homes and the Landhaus. We ask you to park with consideration so that there is enough space for everyone. In winter, each employee is allocated a parking space. Garage parking spaces can be rented on request.
9. use of the infrastructure
Fitness room in the hotel: 07.00 to 22.00
Indoor pool: 07.00 hrs to 22.00 hrs
Infrared cabin in the hotel: 10.00 am to 1.00 pm
E-bikes (summer): which are not occupied by guests, can be borrowed free of charge by you #guestenthusiasts.

11. transportation
The summer hiking bus runs between Mayrhofen and Hintertux every 30 minutes.
The bus stop is right by the Hexenkessl
The winter sports bus runs from Hexenkessl to Hintertux every 10 minutes and is free of charge for everyone.
