Health hiking in the forest and reed - "bend and stretch" CleanUP campaign

Stroll together, discover all sorts of things, bend and stretch - do something good for yourself and nature.

Accompanied by our senior manager and certified health hiking guide Maria Wirth, we walk along the shady edge of the forest or through the middle of the Rid, depending on the weather.

Active breaks are used to mobilize joints, strengthen large muscle groups or practice coordination.

On the way (back) we train our eyes to spot and pick up litter left lying around.

We provide cleanup kits with recyclable garbage bags, tongs and gloves! Feel free to bring your own gloves and bucket.

Please bring your own: Clothing suitable for the weather, tick and mosquito protection and something to drink.
