The power of the full moon nest - our full moon sauna ritual

Whenever the moon is round and bright in the sky and unfolds its full power, Angelika Kühn and naturopath Norbert Schützner invite you to a very special full moon sauna ritual in the Schmilka bathhouse. The sauna is infused with clear water and the addition of a tincture that our naturopath Norbert Schützner has brewed from local herbs.

Between sauna sessions, you can relax with a sound meditation in the pleasantly wood-scented relaxation room. Relax until the hour strikes with the spherical sounds of the Krystall-Lyra before Norbert Schützner invites you to the next sauna session.

The planetary sounds, the Alpha-Omega sound tube, the crystal chalice, the ladder to heaven and an elven harp round off this evening.

Meditations have a calming effect on our nervous system. Tensions and blockages can be released and self-healing powers activated. Feel the soothing power of a guided sound meditation and give yourself the gift of deep relaxation, gentle recuperation and new energy.
