Welcome to Resilience Week!

What does "resilience" actually mean?

It's about ways to strengthen our mental resilience in order to emerge stronger from crises.

But it's also about learning to deal more effectively with stressful situations and being more mindful in everyday life - in other words, consciously reflecting on ourselves time and time again and identifying our needs.

In the next few days, I will guide you along this path: to greater contentment, serenity and relaxation. You will receive specific input from me in the mornings and we will go into reflection. In the afternoon, you can expect daily guided meditations and relaxation sessions.

The sessions are not consecutive, so you are welcome to join in at any time.

I am delighted to be able to accompany you on this path to greater mental resilience.

Mag. Dr. Jasmin Sadeghian

Clinical, health and occupational psychologist

I am a clinical and health psychologist and qualified occupational psychologist.

I have been working in the field of health promotion since 2002

and have already supported and implemented several projects and programs with this focus.

I have been offering seminars, lectures and workshops on topics related to psychosocial health since 2009.

Last year, I completed my certification training as a kinesiologist in Long Beach, California - which rounds off my

offer to support people on their way to a life in balance.

However, as many people also increasingly prefer to use new media for advice in challenging life situations,

I have also completed certification training as an online counselor

through the Sigmund Freud University in Vienna.

The topic of "resilience - strengthening mental resilience" is very close to my heart.

I find it important to help people to focus on looking to the future in a solution-oriented and

optimistic way in times of turmoil and to aim for new goals...because each chapter is followed by another and we

always have the chance to grow out of critical phases of life.

"In times like these, with many personal restrictions and the associated possible fears, it is all the more important

to go through everyday life strengthened and fulfilled with the appropriate tools and tips"
