Description
The so-called "XCO Trainer" is a 26cm long aluminum tube, two-thirds of which is filled with loose slate granules, which move along with the movement with a time delay. This results in a reactive effect - the XCO effect occurs. This means that there is a delayed impact of the loose mass on the end caps. This results directly in the first advantage: Training with XCOs is particularly easy on the joints, as it creates a certain basic tension in the muscles.
