The hike to Mount Haunold begins directly in the center of San Candido and follows a pleasant trail up to the Riese-Haunold Hut. The path winds through shady forests and offers beautiful views of the Dolomites along the way. After a relaxing stop at the hut, the highlight of the excursion awaits: the descent on the Funbob summer toboggan run. Covering app. 1.7 km, the ride back down to the valley is fast, exciting, and great fun for all ages. Elevation gain: approximately 320 meters. Total walking time: approximately 2 hours.
