Seminar leader P.A. Straubinger

Peter-Arthur (P.A.) Straubinger is a graduate of the Vienna Film Academy.

The internationally successful filmmaker ("Am Anfang war das Licht"), journalist (ORF, Ö3), bestselling author ("Der Jungbrunnnen-Effekt", bestselling non-fiction book 2019) and seminar leader has been involved with fasting and meditation in theory and practice for around two decades. Based on extensive training in various meditation traditions and almost 20 years of daily meditation practice, P.A. Straubinger conveys the power and potential of Western and Eastern techniques.

He has been involved with yoga and borderline science topics for almost as long. His cinema documentary "In the beginning was the light" is one of the most successful documentaries in Austrian cinema history.

He uses his knowledge and experience both for his journalistic work and to pass it on to workshop participants all over the world.

P.A. Straubinger is also a certified psychological counselor specializing in addiction counseling.
