On the move with packrafts
On this guided tour, we use a packraft, a lightweight, inflatable dinghy that can be folded to the size of a rucksack. A perfect combination of hiking and paddling! After the hike, where everyone carries their packraft on their back, we head straight onto the water. Our guide shows us how to steer the boat and keep the paddle close to the bow. Then we start our river trip. A packraft requires very little skill, so it's quick and easy to learn and offers a wonderful view of the mountains!
Please bring:
Identity card and guest card if applicable
Towel
Clothing suitable for the weather
Sufficient to drink & eat if necessary to eat
Important information:
Equipment: life jacket, packraft, paddle, rucksack (55 + 10 liters)
the rucksack weighs approx. 5 to 10 kg, depending on your own additional luggage
experienced guide adapts the hike depending on the group size and fitness level of the participants
