Arrival
On the day of arrival, your booked room with bathing bag and the included hotel services will be available to you from 3 pm.
The thermal spa is included free of charge from 9 am on the day of arrival via the main entrance to the thermal spa. You will receive the bathing bag for your entire stay upon arrival at the thermal spa reception.
During your stay, you have the option of using the thermal spa from 7 am, 2 hours before the day guests.
If you arrive earlier, you can either use the thermal spa from 9 a.m. via the hotel corridor with a pre-check-in at the hotel for an additional charge per adult or use the hotel's own areas (whispering thermal spa, Yin Yang Spa, sauna) and the thermal spa via the hotel corridor for an additional charge per adult with a stress-free start from 9 a.m.. You will then receive the bathing bag (with bath towel and bathrobe) for your entire stay at the hotel reception.
Early check-in/early room occupancy from 10 am can be booked on request and subject to availability for a surcharge per adult (no surcharge for children in their parents' room) and can only be confirmed one day before arrival.
On arrival, you will receive a voucher for lunch, which you can redeem on the day of arrival if you arrive earlier or, alternatively, on the day of departure.
Departure
The room is available to you until 11 am on the day of departure. We ask you to vacate the room by this time and settle the hotel bill at reception. If you are leaving straight away, you are welcome to leave your bathing bag in your room.
Use of the Allegria Therme is included on the day of departure until closing time (8.45 pm).
You can take your luggage to the car or leave it in the luggage depot at reception.
You will receive a new chip card from the reception team for the remaining bathing day. Please note that consumptions can no longer be booked on the chip card after the room has been returned.
You can redeem your lunch voucher if you have not yet consumed it on the day of arrival.
You can also use the thermal spa, the hotel's own whispering spa and the Yin Yang Spa area via the hotel corridor after check-out for an additional charge per adult.
A late check-out/room extension until 6 pm can be booked on request and subject to availability for an extra charge per adult - no extra charge for children in their parents' room.
After bathing, we ask you to hand in your chip card and bathing bag including bathrobe and towel at reception.

Allegria wellness area Yin Yang Spa (from 16 years / nude area!)
Our hotel's own sauna area is located directly above the public sauna world. You can reach it via the upper connecting corridor or by elevator from the public sauna area. The Yin Yang spa area is available from 7 am to 8 pm. Please note that reserving loungers is not permitted here.

Our reception staff will be happy to help you put together your excursion destinations.
Baby and toddler accessories
Various baby and toddler accessories (potty, bottle warmer, bath thermometer, kettle, buggy for indoor use, changing table, bathtub and bathroom stool, crib, bed guard) are available free of charge on request.
If you have not already indicated this when making your reservation, please contact the hotel reception.
Baby monitor
Your room telephone has a baby monitor function that is forwarded directly to your private cell phone. Our reception staff will be happy to enter your mobile number into the system and provide you with information on how to use it.
Bathrobe
A bathrobe is available to you during your stay. Bathrobes can be exchanged for €4 at reception. Please note that every exchange has an unnecessary impact on the environment.

You can identify your bathrobe at the hotel reception and the Bäder Spa. Our staff will be happy to help you.
Baths Spa
We offer a wide range of wellness treatments at the Baths Spa for baths, massages and beauty. Appointments can be made daily from 8.30 am to 5 pm, directly at the Bäder Spa or by calling DW 9310.

Bathing bag
We will provide you with a bathing bag for use during your stay. If you no longer visit the thermal spa on the day of departure, you can leave the bathing bag and accessories in your room.
Badolin
Badolin is the mascot of Allegria Resort Stegersbach. Badolin can be found daily at 2.30 pm at the Badolin Meeting Point in the thermal spa.

The café is located next to reception and is open daily from 10 am to 7 pm.
Chip card
Our hotel complex is equipped with a data carrier system. Your chip card fulfills the following functions: Room key, access authorization to the thermal spa, cashless means of payment in the gastronomy and wellness area, in the baths spa and in the hotel and thermal spa shop
(Except for the golf store in the golf center.)
In order to avoid misunderstandings with the invoice, we ask you to sign each consumption on the invoice receipt.
We will charge a deposit of €10 per chip card to your room bill for the duration of your stay.

Bike room
The bike room is located on the 2nd level of the Family Wing. Please use the elevator or the staircase next to the hotel bar.
Family Restaurant
The Family Restaurant can be reached via the Spielegasse or the Allegria Therme. The Family Restaurant is open to all Allegria hotel guests at lunchtime. The meal times can be found in your arrival information. You can also come in your bathrobe for breakfast, lunch and "sweets in the afternoon".
Outside family travel times, the Family Restaurant is only available to a limited extent. Breakfast and dinner are then served for all guests in the Residence Restaurant.
Fitness room
The fitness room is located in the upper connecting corridor to the Family Wing and is available to you around the clock.
Please only use the fitness room in sportswear! Parents are liable for their children. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted to enter, even if their parents are present!
Escape plan
This is located on the inside of your room door or on the room wall.
Whisper Spa (from 16 years)
The Whisper Spa is located in the lower connecting corridor between the Village wing and reception and is open from 7 am to 11 pm. Please note that it is not permitted to reserve loungers here.

For lost or found items, please contact our reception staff.
Luggage service
Trolleys are available at reception and in the family luggage storage area to transport your luggage. We ask you to transport your luggage yourself. We kindly ask you to put the luggage trolleys back after use.
Drinks vending machine
To fill your minibar, drinks vending machines are available in the corridors in the Family area. Please note that you will need small change for the drinks machine.
Flat-rate drinks package
You have the option of booking an additional flat-rate drinks package. This includes all non-alcoholic drinks such as soft drinks, fruit juices and soda water at breakfast, lunch and dinner (during your stay), which are conveniently available at our drinks buffets in the Residence and Family Restaurant with the hotel chip card.
Price: Euro 9.50 per guest (from 4 years) and per night. Only bookable per room (for all persons).
Pets
Pets are not permitted in the spa and restaurant area or in the Family rooms. If you take your dog with you in the hotel and on the golf course, please keep it on a leash! The daily fee per pet is: Euro 21,- excl. food.

The hotel bar is located in the family wing and is open daily from 19:30.

Our hotel store is located in the entrance area, next to reception.

Free wireless LAN is available throughout the hotel. You also have two internet stations on the 1st floor next to the entrance to the Residenz Restaurant and 2 stations in the lobby of the hotel bar at your disposal.

Youth room
The youth room is located on the 2nd floor of the Family Wing.
Children
We would like to politely point out that the use of all play and sports equipment, the sports facilities and children's playgrounds and in the hotel and thermal spa facilities indoors and outdoors is at your own risk.
Please note the information boards and bathing regulations! Parents are liable for their children! Thank you for your understanding!
Child's buggy
We are happy to provide you with a child's buggy for the indoor area free of charge during your stay.
Pushchair room
A baby carriage room is located on the 2nd floor in the family wing. Please use the elevator next to the hotel bar.
Case deposit
We have two case deposits: one at the reception and one in the family wing.

Radio programs can be received via the TV using the "radio button" on your remote control.

Residence Restaurant
The Residence Restaurant is located above reception and must be entered in street clothes without exception.
Please refer to your arrival information for meal times.
Guests who have booked a Village or Residence room are automatically expected here for breakfast and dinner. Outside of family travel times, breakfast and dinner are also served here for family guests.

Games alley
The games alley is located on the upper floor of the Allegria Therme. The corridor connects the Family Wing with the Family Restaurant and can be entered in a bathrobe and in street clothes.

We offer exclusive wine tastings in our in-house vinotheque. For more information, please ask our restaurant staff.
Laundry service
We are happy to wash and iron your laundry for you in our own laundry. Please place your laundry items in the laundry bag in the wardrobe. You will receive your laundry back within 24 hours.
Please note: Write your name and room number clearly on the laundry bag. The cost of the desired laundry service will be charged to your room bill. Our professional cleaning service is based on the care instructions on the garment. No dry cleaning is offered!
