The pleasure explosion in Herwig's Edelgreißlerei in the most delicious corner of Carinthia
On a large oak table in the middle of the Edelgreißlerei Ertl, regional Slow Food products from the Lesachtal, Gailtal and Weissensee valleys, produced with passion and love, are presented. Edelgreißler Herwig takes you into the world of Slow Food and then each participant creates his or her individual favorite composition from the diverse products. Sometimes it is the Waldstauden-Kräcker from the master baker Matitz with raw milk cheese from the organic cheese farm Zankl and a vinegar scent, sometimes it is the smallest bacon bread in the world with the bacon on the Slow Food-Presidio bread from the Lesachtal. The Slow Food buffet leaves nothing to be desired, and so it comes to an explosion of pleasure of a special kind, for which everyone is responsible.
