St. Martin’s Goose Feast – A Feast with Tradition

As the days grow shorter and the autumn air turns crisp, it’s time for a culinary highlight: the St. Martin’s goose. On November 11, the Bornmühle invites you to a festive St. Martin’s Goose dinner on the Mecklenburg Lake District.

A traditional, crispy-roasted goose is served—golden brown on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside. With a reservation made at least seven days in advance, guests can expect a whole goose carved at the table—perfect for convivial evenings with family and friends or as a special experience for corporate events.

Alternatively, guests can choose the festive 3-course menu centered around the St. Martin’s goose. With regional ingredients, aromatic side dishes, and lovingly paired courses, this creates a culinary experience that makes November something truly special.

For in-house and out-of-house guests:

For everyone

Price:

Option 1: Festive 3-course menu for €69 per person

Option 2: Roast goose with side dishes (elderberry red cabbage, kale & dumplings, Brussels sprouts, potatoes, and rosemary-juniper sauce) for 4 people for 220 € (advance order required at least 7 days in advance)

We’re also happy to accommodate individual requests.
