Nordic walking is the ideal sport for beginners and advanced participants alike; it’s an easy-to-learn full-body workout that engages the entire musculature through the use of poles and arms, while also boosting the cardiovascular system and metabolism.
Enjoy beautiful nature and fresh air while doing something good for your health.
Nordic walking takes place every Tuesday starting at 2:00 p.m.
