Start at the Spannagel Cave
Accompanied by a cave guide, you’ll venture into the approximately 13 km long cave system of the Spannagel Cave and explore the marble show cave on a roughly 60-minute tour.
Dinner is served
Just as special as the Spannagel Cave is the second part of the program: a delicious meat fondue is already prepared at the Spannagelhaus. A variety of meats, assorted side dishes, hearty sauces, and the panoramic view make this stop a truly unique experience.
Back with 600 PS
The 600 PS Pistenbully is already waiting to take guests back to the Tuxer Fernerhaus after a fulfilling afternoon, bringing them back to the gondola lift. The tour comes to a comfortable and memorable close. Afterward, the gondola takes you back down to the valley in comfort.

Gletscher³ includes:
▻ Guided tour of the Spannagel Show Cave with a certified cave guide
▻ Followed by a fiery meat fondue at the Spannagelhaus
▻ Return trip by Pistenbully to the Tuxer Fernerhaus
Meeting point: 12:45 p.m. at the Spannagel Cave office near the Spannagelhaus at 2,530 m (advance reservation required!)
Hikers can reach the meeting point from the Tuxer Fernerhaus via a short walk along Trail 2. Walking time: approx. 15 minutes (hiking poles recommended)
The following applies to the Spannagel Cave:
▻ Admission for children ages 6 and up and at least 1.20 m tall
▻ Important: No claustrophobia!
▻ Skiers can rent boots on-site for the cave tour
▻ Dogs are not permitted.
The meat fondue at the Spannagelhaus includes:
Hearty meat broth, assorted cuts of meat, French fries, garlic bread, and various sauces and dips. (If the Spannagelhaus is not open on the booked date, the fondue will be served at the Wirtshaus am Tuxer Ferner.)
