Reformer Pilates - All Levels
A holistic workout on the Reformer with a focus on your powerhouse. Through controlled, flowing movements combined with breath control, you can strengthen your core, improve stability, flexibility and body awareness. Suitable for all levels.
Meeting point: Fitnesspoint at the Hotel Alpina - please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the course.
