Our treatment area is a place of peace and relaxation.

As our treatments are very popular, we recommend that you book your appointment for a relaxing break from home. You can find all our treatments in the online offer.

Cancellation & delay

If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.

If you arrive late, your treatment will be shortened and will end at the time you have booked.

In the event of non-compliance without cancellation, you will be charged 100% of the treatment price.

Health & well-being

As your well-being is important to us, please inform us of any allergies/intolerances to cosmetic products or other illnesses such as diabetes/blood clotting disorders at the time of booking.

Pregnancy & breastfeeding

Please contact us personally so that we can work together to find the right wellness treatment for you.

Preparation for your wellness break at Buchau Spa

We ask that you arrive in good time - approx. 5 minutes before your booked time so that you can start your time-out in peace. As we are very busy, the treatment time will be shortened accordingly if you arrive late.

Jewelry & valuables

We ask that you arrive for your treatment without jewelry or make-up.

Clothing & hygiene

We recommend a warm shower before your treatment, as this opens the pores and prepares the skin optimally for the high-quality care products and massage oils. It is best to come to your appointment in a bathrobe. We are also happy to provide you with disposable briefs.

Privacy & Professionalism

During the treatment, you will be covered with towels and only the areas that are being treated will be exposed. The Buchau Spa is staffed by female and male wellness experts who all meet a high standard of training. If you feel uncomfortable, please speak to us directly. No inappropriate behavior will be accepted during the treatment and all employees have the right to stop the treatment.

Quiet & discretion

We kindly ask you to mute cell phones in the cabins and relaxation rooms in the Buchau Spa to enjoy the silence and find peace.

Children & Wellness

We offer age-appropriate massage and beauty treatments for our younger spa guests. For children up to the age of 12, we ask that a parent or guardian be present. Our sauna is also available to children from 10 am to 4 pm. Textile-free from 4 p.m.

Care for at home

In our spa store you will find exclusive products for at home. So you can experience that feeling of freshly cared for skin even after your stay with us. The Buchau Spa team will be happy to advise you.
