The holistic approach integrates exercises for body awareness and body consciousness. Experience how calmness and serenity, relaxation and clarity arise in, with and through the body.
Elements of mindful breathing, autogenic training and meditation techniques are just as much a part of this as yoga elements or release techniques.
Connect with ourselves and create an island of regeneration in our fast-paced world. Mindfulness enables us to act more consciously from within in everyday life instead of functioning and reacting on the outside. A feeling of freedom can arise.
