Train station:

🚂We are happy to pick up our guests free of charge from Mayrhofen train station on the day of arrival. Please simply let us know the time of arrival a few days before your arrival. On the day of departure, you can take the bus (bus stop directly in front of the hotel) to the train station in 25 minutes.

We offer vegan and vegetarian dishes. If you need oat milk or similar at the breakfast buffet, simply ask the service staff.

Fireplace:

Our tree suites have a cozy fireplace. We will be happy to light it for you - just let reception know by 9 pm.

Please note: For safety reasons, the fireplace must not be left unattended during operation.

Packed lunch hikes:

On the guided hikes, we stop off at a hut whenever possible.

This is our support for the hut hosts who put a smile on the faces of tired hikers with their delicacies day in, day out. If no hut is open or if there is no refreshment stop on the entire hike, guests can of course take a snack from the buffet with them at no extra charge. If you set off on your own, we will provide you with a packed lunch for €8.

Packed lunch on departure:

We will be happy to prepare a packed lunch, which includes a sandwich, fruit and a drink. The price is € 8 per person. If the packed lunch is chosen instead of breakfast, it is free of charge. Orders should be placed by 2 p.m. the day before. The packed lunch will then be available at reception in the evening.

Our masseur will loosen up your tense muscles and get you going again after a great day's vacation. Appointments are available at reception.

Ski and boot room:

In the ski room there is a locker with your room number. The locker has its own ski boot heater.

At the bar downstairs is our games room with air field hockey, billiards and table tennis.

Use of the underground parking garage is free of charge for our guests. You have free choice of parking space in the underground garage. Your room card gives you access to the underground garage
