Train Station:

🚂We are happy to pick up our guests free of charge from the Mayrhofen train station on the day of arrival. Please just let us know your arrival time a few days before your arrival. On the day of departure, you can easily reach the train station in 25 minutes by taking the local bus (the stop is right in front of the hotel).

We offer vegan and vegetarian dishes. If you need oat milk or similar items at the breakfast buffet, simply ask the service staff.

Fireplace:

Our Tree Suites feature a cozy fireplace. We’d be happy to light it for you—just let the front desk know by 9:00 PM.

Please note: For safety reasons, the fireplace must not be left unattended while in use.

Packed lunches for hikes:

On guided hikes, we stop at a mountain hut whenever possible.

This is our way of supporting the mountain hut owners who, day in and day out, put a smile on the faces of tired hikers with their delicacies. If no mountain hut is open or if there are no places to stop for refreshments along the entire hike, guests are of course welcome to take a snack from the buffet at no extra charge. If you’re setting out on your own, we’ll provide you with the packed lunch of your choice for €8.

Packed Lunch for Departure:

We’re happy to prepare a packed lunch that includes a sandwich, fruit, and a beverage. The price is €8 per person. If you choose the packed lunch instead of breakfast, it is free of charge. Orders should be placed by 2:00 PM the day before. The packed lunch will then be available at the front desk in the evening.

Massages:

After a wonderful day of vacation, our massage therapist will loosen up your tense muscles and get you back in shape. Appointments are scheduled at the front desk.

Ski and Boot Room:

In the ski room, there is a locker with your room number on it. The locker has its own built-in ski boot heater.

Game room:

Down the stairs from the bar is our game room with air hockey, billiards, and table tennis.

Free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.

Underground Parking Garage:

Use of the underground parking garage is free for our guests. You may choose any available spot in the garage. You can access the underground parking garage with your room key

The TUX Finkenberg Ticket is your perfect vacation companion, as it entitles you to various discounts. You can also ride the 4104 bus to Mayrhofen or Hintertux for free. You’ll receive the ticket as a digital guest card sent directly to your cell phone!
