Spa Etiquette

Your tranquillity is precious. Please also respect that of the other guests, taking into account the following: °Access to the wellness area is allowed with the use of the key card. °The wellness area is reserved exclusively for guests over the age of 16. °The pool is open from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. °It is mandatory to wear a bathing costume in all areas of the wellness centre, except for the saunas. °Always sit on a towel for the sauna sessions. °It is not allowed to bring drinks and snacks in the wellness area. In our "Plauderstube" a selection of teas, fresh and dried fruit are available to you for a refreshing break. °We request that you moderate the tone of your voice and behave with respect towards all other guests. °Disconnect completely from the outside world to find peace and serenity. Leave your mobile devices in the locker room or in your room. °It is also recommended to leave jewellery and watches in your room so that they are not lost or damaged. °Smoking is strictly prohibited in the indoor area of the Spa as well as on the outdoor terrace.
