New Year's Eve kitchen party ...

This is how we celebrate New Year's Eve!

Celebrate New Year's Eve with us in a great atmosphere. Nice people, good conversation and, of course, delicious food - all at one table. Whether you know each other or not, it doesn't matter, you'll get to know each other ;-)

There's certainly no chance of boredom on this evening.

Casual and informal - if you want, you can play a round of darts between courses or get some fresh air by the fire basket at the entrance.

- - Salad & starter buffet > tuna salad, pasta salad,

broccoli au gratin with béchamel sauce,

various leaf salads, beet, corn etc..

- - Yellow - Red bell pepper foam soup with pot gnocchi (will be taken from the

kitchen.)

- - Roasted saddle of veal, winter vegetables, truffled

cream polenta, herb jus. (Served by us.)

-- Dessert buffet >curd cheese dumplings, sweet crumbs, berry roaster,

semolina flummery with sour cherry ragout, chocolate mousse ...
