This is how we celebrate New Year's Eve!

Spend New Year's Eve with us in a great atmosphere. Nice people, good conversation and of course delicious food - all at one table. Whether you know each other or not, it doesn't matter, you'll get to know each other ;-)

There will certainly be no boredom on this evening.

Relaxed and informal - if you want, you can play a round of darts between courses or get some fresh air by the fire basket at the entrance.

- Salad & starter buffet > Cream cheese terrine, tuna salad,

Tafelspitzsülzchen, cauliflower au gratin with béchamel sauce,

various leaf salads, beet, sweetcorn etc...

- Apple and pumpkin soup with gin, pumpkin seed oil from the kitchen.

- Roasted whole beef, winter vegetables, truffled cream polenta, black

cream polenta, black Holder sauce. Served by us.

-- Dessert buffet >Curd cheese dumplings, sweet crumbs, berry roaster,

yoghurt terrine, fruit salad, chocolate mousse ...
