Servus, I am Kristina, a passionate indoor cycling instructor with the aim of making every training session a motivating, effective and healthy experience. Thanks to my training with ICG as an elite trainer, I attach particular importance to helping each participant achieve their individual fitness level - true to the motto: "Maximum individual training success with maximum fun and the greatest possible health orientation." Whether it's steep climbs, challenging sprints or relaxed recovery phases after an intensive day on the slopes - I design every session to be varied, energetic and full of passion, and I look forward to pushing your personal limits together with YOU - and having lots of fun in the process!
