Auweg 3, Sölden
The picturesque village of Zwieselstein at the end of the Ötztal valley is the starting point for many a mountain tour. A hike to the Sahnestüberl is ideal for a spontaneous, short and easy tour. An ideal meeting point to try Tyrolean specialties and delicacies.
Starting point and walking time:
From Zwieselstein bridge/Gurgler Ache, steep, wide gravel path in serpentines to the hill, then slightly ascending, later slightly descending hiking trail through sparse forest and past the waterfall to the alpine hut. (walking time approx. 1h)
