Instructions for use

Heating:

The house is equipped with centrally controlled underfloor heating, which should be set accordingly before your arrival. Please do not adjust the underfloor heating. If you have any problems, please contact us.

Fireplace:

You are welcome to use the open fireplace in the living area. Please open BOTH chimney flaps before lighting the fireplace! These are operated with two black metal levers, one on the left inside of the fireplace and one on the outside facing the refrigerator. After use, please close both flaps again.

Please dispose of any burnt wood residue and sweep the ashes with a broom into the collection container under the grille. The ash container can be emptied via the white metal door to the left of the last staircase to the living room. Please do not use liquid firelighters in the fireplace!

Washing machine:

As you enter the house, there is a washing machine to the left of the entrance, which you are welcome to use. Cleaning agents are not included in the rent. However, leftovers may have been left behind by the previous tenant and you are welcome to use them. This also applies to toilet paper.

Kitchen utensils:

There are two raclette grills and a fondue caqelon in the cupboard below the glasses.

Various other kitchen utensils can be found on the benches in the dining area.

The coffee machines can also be used. The filter machine can be activated by pressing the on/off button twice. Pressing once activates the coffee machine timer.

The dishwasher has a pre-rinse function for heavily soiled dishes. To do this, set the selection dial to "1". If you do not require a pre-rinse cycle, turn the dial to "2". You can put the cleaning tab in the container on the inside of the dishwasher door or throw it straight into the wash cabinet.

The microwave has ventilation slots at the top. Please do not cover these when operating the microwave.

The stove is operated using the three knobs on the left. The left rotary knob is for the plate at the front left, the middle rotary knob is for the plate at the back right and the rotary knob on the right is for the plate at the front right. The Tiba stove in the kitchen unit on the far left is out of order! In the cupboard next to the fridge you will find various foils, brooms etc. There is a vacuum cleaner in the ground floor cupboard on the left in front of the first staircase

sledge:

Behind the white wall under the stairs on the ground floor you will find several sledges/bobs, you are welcome to use these at your own risk.
