Your Scent. Your Balance. - Aromatherapy Workshop for Girls Ages 12–13.

In this aromatherapy workshop, you’ll learn about selected essential oils, plant oils, and hydrosols.

You’ll learn how to use scents to support your daily life—specifically tailored to your age.

The focus is on:

•Age-appropriate knowledge of plants

•Insight into the production and extraction of essential oils, plant oils, and hydrosols

•Basics of the safe use of essential oils, plant oils, and hydrosols

•Effects of essential oils, plant oils, and hydrosols on:

your mood, concentration, and skin

•Responsible dosing

•Making your own roll-on, body/face spray, and scent stick—all for you to take home.

You’ll engage in hands-on activities, learn how to measure ingredients carefully, and discover which essential oils and hydrosols blend well together.

And you’ll gain a basic understanding of the quality and concentration of essential oils, vegetable oils, and hydrosols.

The workshop combines botany with practical application and strengthens your mindful use of natural fragrances.

We use only mild essential oils, plant oils, and hydrosols

in organic or Demeter quality.

Drinks will be provided.

At the end, everyone will also receive a handout for future reference.

IMPORTANT:

Information for Parents:

This workshop uses only low-dose (0.5%–1% dilution maximum),

essential oils, plant oils, and hydrosols suitable for children and adolescents, all of Demeter or organic quality.

(Gentle support through the changes of puberty—with the power of plants.)

Application takes place under professional guidance.

There is no internal use.

Individual intolerances will be assessed in advance.

By booking this workshop for your daughter, you also agree that photos will be taken during the workshop.

These photos may be used in public media.

If you do not consent to this, you must actively notify me (via a brief email with your daughter’s name).
