Antistress Yoga combines the idea of Yin & Yang from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with yoga. The focus here is on the deeper layers of the body, such as fascia and the energetic meridians. Both aspects are harmonized to bring balance between body, mind and soul. At the end, a sound bath with singing bowls is accompanied.
We ask you to arrive 5 minutes before the start of the session to ensure a punctual start.
