Helpful facts

This joint winter hike starts at the valley station of the Alpendorf cable cars directly in front of the Hotel Alpina. From there, we walk along the road for a while until we turn onto the winter hiking trail away from the hustle and bustle. We enjoy the view over St. Johann with a fine cup of spruce needle tea. We walk back along the same path and, depending on the weather, with torches back to the starting point.

Difficulty/condition: easy, suitable for families & children (from 6 years)

Equipment & clothing: sturdy shoes, warm clothing, sufficient liquids
