Family program (for hotel guests)

A circular trail with summer freshness, along moors, streams, forest & pasture fields.

Guided, varied circular hike through unique biotopes - rare, legally protected habitats, also suitable for families with children despite some ascents.

Brooks, moors, wet meadows, marshes and nutrient-poor grassland, mixed mountain forest and cattle pastures are home to a special flora and fauna that has been designated a nature reserve and is part of the European "Natura 2000" network.

We take the bus, stop Sternen, line 7215 in the direction of Kirchzarten, from 09:42h to Muggenbrunn as far as the Säge stop (take your Konus card). The circular walk starts there.

We return by bus to Todtnauberg, arriving at approx. 12:39 or 13:39.

Please remember:

- clothing suitable for the outdoors, the season, the Upper Black Forest and the weather & sturdy shoes (with grip), onion-skin style (to equalize the temperature, depending on the route for ascents and descents)

- a small rucksack (depending on your personal requirements), including sufficient drinking water (warm if necessary)

Not suitable for baby carriages.

You will receive a confirmation the evening before if the program takes place. If you cancel your booking/reservation with us after this date, we will charge a cancellation fee of EUR 95 per person.

However, we reserve the right to cancel the program if the minimum number of participants is not reached
