A culinary experience - with Michelin star chef Max Stiegl. A whole pig will be processed
Start at 8.00 am - be on time - you won't regret it!
We start with brains with egg and the Sautanz liver and work through the day on kidney, heart, loin, black pudding, doughnuts, grilled meat, grammels, belly meat, horseradish meat, tongue, pig's head, fillet and feet
In addition to the food, water, beer, wine, soft drinks as well as tea, coffee & mulled wine are also included.
Please dress warmly - the Sautanz takes place outdoors!
