A piece of home in the desert: having lived in Switzerland for many years ourselves, cheese fondue is not just a dish for us, but a piece of tradition and memory. On the private veranda of your safari tent, we serve you an authentic Swiss cheese fondue - prepared from selected Swiss cheeses, refined with white wine, just as we know it from home.

We serve fresh bread, cornichons and pearl onions as well as a bottle of white wine. The result is a cozy evening that invites you to dip piece after piece of bread into the creamy cheese while enjoying the silence of the Sonoran Desert and the starry sky.

A culinary experience that combines our Swiss roots with the magic of Arizona - and invites you to become part of this special blend. Enjoy an authentic Swiss cheese fondue on the private veranda of your safari tent in the middle of the Arizona desert. Prepared from fine Swiss cheeses with white wine and a hint of cherry in the traditional "caquelon", the fondue is a convivial and romantic experience. Gathered around the bubbling pot, dip fresh bread and vegetables into the creamy melted cheese - and experience a piece of Europe under the sparkling starry sky of the Sonoran Desert.
